트위치 프라임과 아마존 프라임 연동 문제 해결 방법

게임 아이템을 얻거나 기타 서비스르 이용하기 위하여 연동 필요성이 있는데 요게 한번에 잘 안됩니다. 특히 트라이얼 연동하여 아이템을 받기위해서는 꼭 거주 국가의 트위치 서비스를 아마존과 연결해줘야 합니다. 한국은 두나라 모두 공식 서비스 국가가 아니라 이 부분에서 오류가 자주 납니다.

꼭 한번은 아마존 프라임을 초기화 하고 한국 트위치에서 다시 연결해줘야 하는군요.

오류메세지는 아래 그림처럼 나타납니다.

메세지 내용은

"Oh no! We can’t enable Twitch Prime on your account. 

There was an error. Please try again in a moment."

요로코롬 됩니다.

귀찮게 이것저것 따지지 말고 아마존 help에 채팅 문의하면 해결되는데 제가 해결한 과정은 아래 같습니다.

1. 아마존 HELP의 채팅연결

아마존 메인메뉴 help에서 트위치 프라임 까지 쭉욱 타고들어갑니다.

가장 아래 Chat을 누르면 채팅이 시작됩니다. 트위치 프라임 안된다하고 메세지 써주면 상담사가 나와서 국가를 물어보고 아마존 프라임을 해제해줍니다. 트위치에서 다시 시도하면 제대로 연결 끝.

2. 채팅내용

요점은

1. 프라임 서비스가 아마존으로 직접 신청되었다. (분명 트위치 통해서 연동했는데 이 부분이 오류입니다.)

2. 지금 아마존 프라임 해지해줬다.

3. 너 사는 나라의 트위치 서비스에서 연동 다시 해봐.

다시 연동 시도하면 정상적으로 연동 됩니다.

다른 오류 증상 : 어떤 사람들은 카드를 재 등록하니까 된다고도 하네요.
